021 Kicks Terms of Service (ToS) SOP

1. Order Control

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock errors, pricing glitches, or suspected fraud.

  • Verification: For COD/Bank Transfer, we will call or WhatsApp to confirm. No answer = No shipment.

2. Payment & Inventory

  • Bank Deposit: Pairs are held for 12 hours only. If no proof of payment is sent to 021kicksofficial@gmail.com, the pair is released.

  • Card Payments: We use Manual Capture. Money is only taken once the item is verified and ready to ship.

3. Product & Authenticity

  • Quality : Every pair is guaranteed with authentic quality

  • Condition: We sell "as-is" from the manufacturer. Minor factory flaws (glue marks, etc.) are not grounds for a "Defective" return.

4. Shipping Liability

  • Third-Party: Once handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

  • Standard COD Rule: Payment must be made to the rider before opening the package.

5. Abuse & Blacklisting

  • Refusal of COD: Customers who refuse delivery at the doorstep without valid reason will be blacklisted from future drops.

  • Image Rights: All 021 Kicks photos are our property; unauthorized use is prohibited.
