Refund policy

021 Kicks Return & Refund SOP

1. Request Phase

  • Contact: All requests must go to 021kicksofficial@gmail.com

  • Evidence: Customer must provide 3 photos (Soles, Profile, Box) + 1 video covering all three to prove Deadstock condition.

2. Approval Phase

  • Pass: Deadstock (New/Unworn) condition only.

  • Fail: Reject if creased, dirty, or "Final Sale" items.

3. Shipping Phase

  • Customer Error (Change of mind/Size): Customer pays return shipping to our warehouse.

  • 021 Kicks Error (Wrong item/Defect): We pay for reverse-pickup.

4. Inspection & Payout

  • Inspection: Verify shoes match the video immediately upon arrival.

  • Refund: Process via Bank Transfer (IBAN) within 48 hours of passing inspection.

  • Deduction: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
