021 Kicks Return & Refund SOP
1. Request Phase

Contact: All requests must go to

Evidence: Customer must provide 3 photos (Soles, Profile, Box) + 1 video covering all three to prove Deadstock condition.
2. Approval Phase

Pass: Deadstock (New/Unworn) condition only.

Fail: Reject if creased, dirty, or "Final Sale" items.
3. Shipping Phase

Customer Error (Change of mind/Size): Customer pays return shipping to our warehouse.

021 Kicks Error (Wrong item/Defect): We pay for reverse-pickup.
4. Inspection & Payout

Inspection: Verify shoes match the video immediately upon arrival.

Refund: Process via Bank Transfer (IBAN) within 48 hours of passing inspection.

Deduction: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
