1. Order Processing Timeline

Verification: Orders are not "ready" until the call is successful & Bank Deposit is confirmed.

Handling Time: We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of confirmation.

Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM go out the same day. Anything after moves to the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Local (Karachi): 1–2 business days.

Nationwide (Pakistan): 3–5 business days.

Calculations: We offer Fixed Rate Shipping of Rs. 250 Nationwide. We clearly state that original shipping charges are non-refundable if a return occurs.
4. Delivery Protocol (The Courier Hand-off)

Tracking: Once the rider picks up the package, the tracking number must be updated in Shopify immediately.

Open-Box Policy: We strictly follow the industry standard: No "Open-Box" before payment for COD. We instruct customers that if they have an issue, they must pay the rider first and then contact our support.
5. The "RTO" (Return to Origin) Prevention

If a delivery fails, we attempt to contact the customer twice. If they ghost the rider, we flag their profile.
